Terms

These terms apply to feedback sent through the game — the card shown at the end of a lab run, carrying a verdict and a note field. They are an agreement between you and Blozzle, and they govern that message and nothing else.

Sending feedback is treated as your consent for us to use it on the terms set out below, including to improve Blozzle. We do not pay for feedback, and we are not obligated to reply to it or to act on it.

What counts as feedback

Anything you send us about the game: the verdict you select, the contents of the note field, and anything else you tell us about how Blozzle plays. This includes ideas, suggestions, criticism, bug reports, feature requests and comparisons with other games.

Permission you give

By sending feedback you grant Blozzle a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to use, copy, retain, modify, adapt, combine, publish and otherwise exploit it for any purpose, including the development, improvement, operation, marketing and sale of Blozzle and of any other product.

Where any part of your feedback is protected by copyright and can be assigned, you assign it to Blozzle. Where it cannot be assigned, the license above applies to the fullest extent the law allows.

This permission extends to Blozzle’s successors and assigns, including any entity subsequently formed to own the game.

The license is non-exclusive, so nothing in these terms prevents you from using or disclosing your own suggestion elsewhere.

What these terms do not create

Sending feedback does not create any of these obligations:

• No payment. No fee, royalty, share or other consideration is payable for feedback, whether or not it is used.
• No confidentiality. We are not required to treat feedback as confidential, and sending it creates no confidential or fiduciary relationship between us. This is the reason for the caution below about what not to include.
• No attribution. We may agree to credit you, but we are not obligated to.
• No obligation to use or reply. We may act on your suggestion in whole, in part, differently, or not at all, and we are not required to say which.

What you confirm when you send

By sending feedback you confirm that it is yours to give, that doing so breaches no agreement you hold with a third party, and that it is not the confidential or proprietary information of an employer or any other person. Please do not send material you are not free to disclose.

Independent development

Suggestions reach us from several directions at once. We may already be developing what you propose, may arrive at it independently, or may receive it from someone else. Nothing in these terms restricts what we may build, and a feature appearing in the game after you have mentioned it does not, by itself, establish that it originated with you.

Do not include confidential information

The note field accepts free text and reaches us as an ordinary email or message. Please do not enter personal information, whether your own or anyone else’s. Treat what you write as material that may be read, retained and quoted.

Age

Blozzle is suitable for players of any age, but an agreement of this kind requires an adult. If you are under 13, please do not send feedback. If you are 13 or over but under the age of majority where you live, please obtain the consent of a parent or guardian first.

How feedback reaches us

The game does not transmit feedback. You do. Selecting Send by email or Text or share it causes the game to compose the message and pass it to your own email application or your device’s share sheet. The game’s involvement ends at that point. You decide whether to send it and to whom, and you may edit or discard it beforehand.

No feedback is stored by the game or transmitted by it. The message arrives at feedback@blozzle.app as an ordinary email from your own account, which means that account identifies you to us in the same way it would in any other correspondence. The privacy policy sets out the full position.

The game

Blozzle is provided free of charge and as is, without warranty of any kind. We may modify it, extend it, remove features from it, or discontinue it. The lab is where unfinished ideas are tested, and anything within it may change or be withdrawn.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date above changes with them. Feedback already sent remains governed by the terms in force at the time it was sent.
